Exclusive Services
Basic Service includes Bi-Weekly Check ups and services (Mowing, Edging, Weed eating and leaf blowing) its the most basic subscription we offer at Modern Luxury Landscapes. If you are on a budget or just want to keep your HOA off your back, this is the service for you.
Join our intermediate Program for $200/mo. Still Bi-Weekly but all inclusive. You will have all your basic services (Mowing, Weed eating, Edging and leaf blowing) as well as plant bed and shrub maintenance/hedge trimming.
Advanced services are for our our customers that obsess over the lawn in all aspect. It is ALL INCLUSIVE weekly services year round, from weeds growing through the cracks of your side walk to palm trees needing to be trimmed. Our Advanced Services will make your yard look like a Million dollars. included services: Mowing, Edging, Weed eating, Leaf blowing, Hedge trimming, plant bed maintenance, palm tree maintenance, and more.

Modern Luxury Landscapes mission is to, of course, grow a high end, reliable landscaping company, but above all else, we would love to bring the life out of the landscapes you see on the day to day life.
